Feyre has returned to the Spring Court, determined to gather information on Tamlin's actions and learn what she can about the invading king threatening to bring her land to its knees. But to do so she must play a deadly game of deceit. One slip could bring doom not only for Feyre, but for everything-and everyone-she holds dear.

As war bears down upon them all, Feyre endeavors to take her place amongst the High Fae of the land, balancing her struggle to master her powers-both magical and political-and her love for her court and family. Amidst these struggles, Feyre and Rhysand must decide whom to trust amongst the cunning and lethal High Lords, and hunt for allies in unexpected places.

In this thrilling third book in the #1 bestselling series from Sarah J. Maas, the fate of Feyre's world is at stake as armies grapple for power over the one thing that could destroy it.

Easily the best of the first 3. Nonstop action and anticipation. So many twists and awe in that back half. Maas is such a great story teller and paints a picture just like I’d expect Feyre would. This series slaps, and this dude is loving fantasy books.

I devoured this book in merely 3 days. Not because I am a fast reader, this is not a brag. But because Sarah J. Maas has created a rich tapestry of a world I don’t want to leave. Not for work, not for chores, not for sleep. A beautifully connected love story, action, and familial bonds. I dread the day there is no more Court series, because this series has revitalized by love of reading. Now to start book 4…

Another great addition to the series. Much more politics and world building that brings you even deeper into the beautiful word of Sarah J Mass. I couldn’t put it down, so I finished it on a plane and had to actively fight my smiles, laughs, tears, and cheers.

This was great as well. I cried, I gasped, I couldn’t stop reading. At one point I thought it was too long. It has to be this long.

Such a great read! At times it felt slow because it was a lot of history and backstory that would be relevant later in the book. The last quarter of the book had me at the edge of my seat and up till 2am reading. Lots of plot twists and exciting action that made the whole book worth the read.
