This book is a great read for any MMA fan. Forrest is a funny man and this book displays his persona wonderfully. A fun read for non-MMA fans as well.

Once Forrest gets too old to be a fighter, he could be a writer. The words and pictures contained within the walls of this books bindings are a pure delight to the senses. Not the most intellectually enthralling read, but definitely funny. Worth the read.
