I've really enjoyed this book, it contains some funny stories and also some emotional ones. It helped me review some of the basic terms in french and I've also learned a few new words and expressions. I like the way the stories/lessons are structured and that at the end of every one of them it highlights the new terms. I highly recommend it not only for beginners!

Helpful book for beginning french learners!! I tutor French and will definitely be incorporating these stories into some of my lessons. These stories are engaging and utilize a variety of vocabulary and tenses to engage and challenge learners. The vocabulary pages at the end are also helpful references as well as the short quizzes at the end of each chapter to ensure comprehension. Would definitely recommend to french learners of any age!!

This product was exactly what I needed to aid me in my French learning endeavors. I had studied French a few years ago but never quite delved into any actual reading because texts at my level were uninteresting and texts that were interesting were above my level. This book bridges the gap, giving beginning French learners the perfect way to move their way into more interesting, dense texts without feeling like they're reading something "below their paygrade.
