Simon Sinek discovers that the key to a successful business is knowing the reason behind your existence, your “Why”. Without this “why” you’re merely competing on superficial traits that constantly fluctuate with the market: price, quality and strategy. The “why” is a set of principles or a vision for the future that should guide everything the organization does. Starting with “why” and working outwards will create stronger companies, improve business, and make our lives better collectively.
