So so good!

I read this book many years ago, but so enjoyed reading it again. I love this series.

Loved this book; couldn't put it down. Reed Farrel Coleman has taken Robert Parker's Jesse Stone series to a new level...also loved Blind Spot. I'm looking forward to his new book.

I had a unique relationship with Robert Parker; he was my American Literature professor at NU. This work was written in typical Parker fashion. Character development was great coupled with a panoply of emotions. The basic plot was simple, but oh so many twists and turns. Suit and Molly showed the depths of their beings expressing deep, repressed feelings. Although the ending brought peace, there were so many facets to uncover!

This is as good a Jesse Stone novel as I've read, and I've read them all!

The voice, pacing, and plot twists … are genuine.

Very well done while using the base character but not getting tied up in it.

This will remind the reader that the past is always there and Mr. Parker lives on in the capable hands and imagination of Reed Farer Coleman.

No longer just channelling Robert B Parker, Coleman has written his own Jesse Stone story. Beautifully done, a riveting read, fascinating in character and plot. Must read!
