Just finished my copy. Huge ALIEN fan and have the film memorized. Interesting development of certain ideas from the story not present in the film. Another layer of fear from descriptions not possible to make in the movie: LV426 conditions, claustrophobia of the Nostromo, the infamously tense Act III... Also some variances that are interesting. Definitely worth the read.

Finally in digital format all three alien books - alien - aliens and alien 3. a must-have for all alien fan.
