I love to curl up on a lazy Sunday afternoon and visit a sweet romantic series like this book is from . Hale finds himself being a great uncle to his sister’s baby, but leaves him in a tough spot . He needs help and he asked the sweetest girl he knows , Ivy from the sweet bakery shop. The timing couldn’t be better as the bakery Ivy works at is closing down due to the owners retirement plan . I don’t want to let the plot cat out of the bag , but after a bumpy settling period , a girl no one wanted , a baby who needed a family and a pining man make a beautiful family. I loved Claimed by the Mountain Man Book 7 of Courage County Curves. Hale is finally ready for Ivy when he is given custody if his nephew. Now he definitely needs Ivy’s help and love. Both Ivy and Hale have past hurts in their lives. Can Ivy feel worthy of Hale and the life he’s offering? This was such a sweet story and I just love the characters. She has trust issues from her past and he’s more nerdy and shy than grumpy. A match made in heaven with a baby. I would definitely recommend this book and the series. I love Hale and Ivy. Both have some health issues they are dealing with but that won’t stop them. Hale fell in love with Ivy at first glance but when he sees her working out at his gym, learning pole dancing that’s it, no one can see her but him like that. But when Hale has to go find his sister who doesn’t want to be a mom anymore what will Ivy think when Hale has to raise 6 month old Ollie. I loved this story, it’s well written, great steam and a wonderful read with a couple trying to learn what it is to be a family. Exceptional read.
