4.5 Stars! This is book 6 in the ‘Clan Kendrick’ series and can be read as a standalone. This is the first book I’ve read in this series and I didn’t feel lost at all, which can sometimes happen in a series. I really enjoyed this book. It had some mystery’s that needed solving, witty banter, embarrassing family members, unpredictable and funny happenings that had me grinning while reading, the Kinloch fiddler, smooching, and a HEA ending. Kade & Charlie, the main characters, were easy to love and root for. I enjoyed this book so much, I want to read the rest of the series. This is the sixth and series finale of the Kendrick family sadly. Have the Kleenex ready as I am very sad to see the series end which I have loved so much. Be prepared to laugh and cry as it is an extraordinary finish to a fabulous series that is absolutely unforgettable. Again another book I highly recommend!
