Once you start be prepared to finish! This book captures your attention from the start and you will not stop. I stayed up till 3:00am to finish. Love this series. The writing, characters and history all mixed together for an amazing read!

I'm rather picky about romance novels these days. As I've read so many, it's hard to find an author that doesn't cross the same t's and dot the same i's as the rest of the multitude. I'm pleased to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book; Indeed, I enjoyed the entire series. Not only is the author adept at storytelling, she's also an excellent historian.

Once again, Derek Perkins gifted us all with an amazing audible story. He brings Ms. Mallory's wonderful book to life by igniting our imagination with his fabulous talent for storytelling. I love his ability to seamlessly shift voices/accents, between the characters. This book is a do not miss, whether in print, audio, or ebook form! I love the entire series that I have read, and look forward to listening to the others in audio as well as rereading the ebooks.
