Combines history, geography and cut throat suspense for an entertaining, learning reading experience. A Baldacci fan must read!

As a Baldacci fan, I chose the only one I did not have in hardback - have read all his stuff save True Blue (have in hardback but as yet unread). Bought my iPad thursday, bought Deliver Us From Evil Thursday night, finished it Saturday - great book, love Shaw character - he and Reggie may be new Sean and Michelle - great thriller lite read

Normally, i finish a book even if it is not too good. With This one, i gave up in the middle. Silly plot, Shallow and unbelievable characters. What a disappointment.

Excellent book. Baldacci once again creates a cast of characters with a history and leaves us wondering when and/ or how we will see them in future stories.

I have read a lot of Baldacci and this one was not his best work. I thought the plot was good, but it never really went where it could have. And I thought the ending was really weak.

Hard to put down

Decided to start with chart-topper #1 for my debut eBook. Good yarn, a real page-swiper and a *great* reading experience. Nice electronic supplementals at the end (tho I am not that fond of alternative endings). About as much character development and literary nuance as one would expect from the genre, comfortably met expectations. Prices need re-thinking ...

Great book.....couldn't put it down. But then again, Baldacci does that to me every time.
