Brandon is an average middle-aged man when Brandon's brother gives him a railroad crossing sign to hang in his yard that was part of a grisly accident. The sign and Brandon's tragic past become a fulcrum to a dream world filled with ghosts and gods. In the dreamworld, Brandon catches the attention of a demi-god who recruits Brandon to help lost souls travel the dream world on a mysterious ghost train. His world becomes haunted by spirits waiting to board a ghost train.  Each night he loads lost souls onto the train for the keeper of the crossroads. During the day he tries to live a normal life.

Follow Brandon as he journeys through the multi-verse to save his friend, protect his family, and defeat an ancient sect of witches.

    This is a great modern day paranormal fantasy. It reminds me of Neil Gaiman if Mr Gaiman had grown up in the South Western United States during the 80’s and 90’s. I recommend for people that like ghost stories, fairy tales, and fantasy novels.

    This was a fun ride even though the book takes on the serious task of talking about life, love, and death. The short chapters make it messy to pick up and enjoy in short bursts and the authors style manages to be engaging whether the main character is fighting demons or dealing with personal loss. I hope that the book does well enough to see a sequel.

    AMTTE is a fun read. It has a compelling villain and fun supporting characters. The author manages to create multiple stories inside the main one that help create a more compelling universe. i hope that there is a sequel planned.

    Full disclosure. I am the author and this is my fist self published book. This novel is a ghost story, but it was also a way for me to think about life and death during the shutdown over COVID-19. The character and themes of the story had been bouncing around my head for a long time, but dealing with the pandemic was the tipping point that allowed me to put pen to paper and write the story. It is a fantasy story at heart but it deals with ghosts and contemplations about life and death along the way. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
