I loved this book!! I typically love all things Mia Brody so I was not too surprised that, once again, I had another book boyfriend. Ryker is a former Army Ranger dealing with being captured during his last miss. Brooke is Ryker’s son’s ex girlfriend. When they first met, Ryker and Brooke were both intrigued with each other. Now that Brooke is in trouble and needs help, she thinks that Ryker is the only person who can help her. This book held my interest from the moment I started reading it. I loved watching Brooke and Ryker’s story come to life. I will definitely be rereading this book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
