The writing was good and the descriptions excellent. However the editing was AWFUL. Obviously spellcheck was all that was done. Words were incorrect and some so bad that sentences made no sense. For goodness sake get a decent editor and proofreader on your books. Found the same problems with the last book. You can do better.

Another good who-done-it, just wish the profe readers and editors would do their job better. Numerous misspelled words, wrong pronouns, and other errors that affected my enjoyment.

Someone didn’t do their homework . Louisiana. Is the only state in the United States that has parishes instead of counties likelagrl. It is referred throughout the book , when mentioning Baton Rouge or New Orleans, the word county was used instead of parish. Other than that, and a few grammatical errors, the book was a good read.
  • A Shame

It was an exciting and compelling story, but it was a shame that no proofreading seems to have been done. Myriad errors in grammar, usage, and even punctuation. As a retired professional proofreader, I am always put off by this sloppiness.

Good read. Read in one day. Typos, grammar errors, missing words make it a slower read. Need a great proofreader?
