This book is an introspective look at the conflicts and challenges of being born into royalty. It is more in-depth and human look at the characters than I have read before. Tina Brown’s writing is exceptional.

After living in London for nearly 5 years in the 80’s we became fascinated with the British. Luckier than many Americans we were friends with some connected enough to include us for balls, shooting parties, a visit to Parliament, join a dining club, etc. i guess also descending from British stock we felt loyal to the royals.

Tina Brown writes a rollicking good book. She is clever, well informed and has a way of phrasing that makes me laugh and keep reading

I have never purchased a book on the British royal family before. I am only willing to read books that are solidly sourced, and well written. Tina Brown’s book, I could tell, would meet my requirements for solid reporting. I was not disappointed. I read it though twice. And enjoyed it more the second time through. Highly recommended for those interested in the modern British royal family.

This 1000+ page book offered nothing I had not read elsewhere, and when she found the truth unappetizing, she simply offered rumors that have since been debunked. On the plus side, she has reformulated the poison in her pen so that her nastiness is not quite as brazen as in past ‘books’. Skip this one and save money and avoid boredom.

I wonder how the author feels now knowing how much harry and his first wife lied in the Oprah interview! The only racism Harry’s first wife suffered from was what she invented in her head! Harry’s wife is a liar who will divorce him not long after the death of HMTQ! She’s in it for the money and no other reason! Harry will lose his mind the day she finds someone who has more money than him, she’s a horrible person and she will never be as great as Catherine!
