Description

Born under a hunter’s moon, abandoned as a child, I was raised to be a powerful sorceress—okay, a mediocre sorceress. All right, I’m good at glamour and can make things sparkle, if my spells don’t backfire. It was foretold long ago that I was a child of prophecy that would unite the fae and humans of Candor. The only problem, no one told me, and now the king wants me dead.
For I am Eden, one of the adoptive daughters of Lady Eville, and I have to attend the royal masquerade ball—not to win a prince, but to avenge my parents. Even if it means pretending to be a fairy godmother and wreaking a little havoc.

The story was great but there were so many typos and grammatical errors throughout that it was really distracting. How did this get past an editor?

I like this book and this series really but I think it rushes in a little quick it’s like, bird sibling and then all the sudden it’s like huge shocking secret. There wasn’t really much development and that kind of disappointed me

i felt that first 2/3 of this book was better than the first book, but the last third seemed a little fast. also, the characters weren’t as developed as much as i’d liked and the main character doesn’t change or gain much character development. while i still liked the twist, maybe if the book was a little longer the author would have more time to fully explain and describe in detail the end. i will continue reading to the next book!
