I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in the healing process.

I just took a late night trip to Target tonight and stumbled across this hidden gem: I was standing on the book isle searching for some new kind words to read. When I was instantly focused in on this cover. I read Chapter “If you are soul-searching” and I was completely glued to the floor. I will be reading this during my meditation hours.
